Τι είναι;

Polyurethane-71 is a complex polymer that is formed by a multi-step synthesis. First, a polyester diol made by condensing Hexanediol, Adipic Acid, and isophthalic acid is reacted with isophorone diisocyanate and dimethylolpropionic acid. The resulting pre-polymer is neutralized with Triethylamine. The neutralized polymer is dispersed in water with Isopropanolamine and ethylene diamine

• Binding

  holds the components of a formulation together, especially in pressed powders and compact makeup

• Film forming

  forms a thin continuous film on skin, hair, or nails — used in long-wear makeup, sunscreens, and hairsprays

Κανονιστικό καθεστώς ΕΕ

Το Polyurethane-71 επιτρέπεται σε καλλυντικά προϊόντα στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 1223/2009. Δεν υπόκειται σε ειδικό περιορισμό παραρτήματος κατά τη στιγμή της σύνταξης.
