Quelles données ce site collecte.
Short version: this site does not track you, does not use cookies, does not run analytics, does not embed third-party widgets, and does not have any kind of user account system. The only data the server sees is what every web server sees: your IP address, the URL you requested, the time, and your user-agent string. Standard server logs are kept for security and debugging, then rotated after 30 days.
What we collect
- Server logs: IP address, requested URL, HTTP status, timestamp, user-agent, referer. Retained 30 days for security/debugging.
- Cookies: none.
- Analytics: none. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, no Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Third-party scripts: none. No fonts loaded from Google, no embedded YouTube, no chat widgets.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a virtual server in Germany (Hostinger Frankfurt data centre). Server logs are processed within the EU/EEA. The site is delivered over HTTPS once SSL is provisioned.
Your rights under GDPR
Because we do not store anything that identifies you beyond a 30-day rolling log, there is essentially nothing to request, correct, or delete. If you want a confirmation in writing, contact cosmadex.eu@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days, as required by Art. 12 GDPR.
Applicable law
This site is operated by an EU citizen resident in Mexico. EU users' data is processed in line with EU GDPR (the server is in Frankfurt). Because the operator is based in Mexico, the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) also applies. Both regimes give you the same core rights: access, correction, deletion, and restriction. Use the contact email above for any request.

If we ever add analytics, embed widgets, or accept user accounts, we will update this page before shipping the change, and the change-date will be visible at the bottom of this page.
