neutralises free radicals to slow oxidative damage to the formulation or skin

Alpha-Arbutin staat in Bijlage III van EU-Cosmeticaverordening 1223/2009 (vermelding 377). Het is alleen toegestaan onder specifieke voorwaarden, concentratiegrenzen of in bepaalde producttypes.
Opmerkingen: Restricted by Regulation (EU) 2024/996. Maximum 2% in face creams and 0.5% in body lotion; hydroquinone content kept to unavoidable trace levels. Applies from 1 February 2025.
