O que é?

sr-(Tetrapeptide-74 Hexapeptide-40 Expression Vector pMBP-parallel 1 Polypeptide-1 Spider Polypeptide-1 Spider Polypeptide-5) is a single chain fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tetrapeptide-74, Hexapeptide-40, sr-Expression Vector pMBP-parallel 1 Polypeptide-1, sr-Spider Polypeptide-1 and sr-Spider Polypeptide-5. The fusion peptide contains 1003 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
