The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from s-Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1, s-Spider Oligopeptide-1, and sh-Oligopeptide-1. The peptide contains a maximum of 548 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The fusion peptide consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
