Anexa V este lista pozitivă a conservanților permiși pentru produsele cosmetice. Doar substanțele de pe listă pot fi adăugate intenționat cu funcție conservantă în UE. Fiecare intrare stabilește concentrații maxime și condiții de utilizare.
