Polyurethane-98

Che cos'è?

Polyurethane-98 is a urethane polymer that is made in several steps. First, a polyether diol is made by reacting 1,2-butylene oxide with Propylene Glycol. A second diol polymer is made by condensing Adipic Acid and Isophthalic Acid with 3-methylpentane-1,5-diol. These two polymers are mixed and then reacted with Trimethylhexamethylene Diisocyanate to form a polyurethane. The polyurethane is capped with Hydroxyethyl Acrylamide.

Polyurethane-98 è consentito nei prodotti cosmetici nell'Unione Europea secondo il Regolamento 1223/2009. Non è soggetto a una restrizione specifica di Allegato al momento della stesura.
